NRW is seeking to award a framework for the supply of Mobile Plant Hire Services. The work will include but not limited to hire of plant and machinery such as tractors, diggers, excavators for the management and maintenance of existing flood assets. The framework is for hire only, operation of plant will be by suitably trained NRW staff.
