Burnt Mills Road - Housing Construction

Basildon Borough Council are planning to re-develop the land it owns at Lympstone, Burnt Mills Road, Basildon, SS13 1DT. The development proposal is to provide a total of 48 social rent apartments in 2 separate blocks complete with access road, parking areas and other associated site works. Apartments will be either one or two bedroom units and blocks will be 3 storeys high. Demolition and clearance of all buildings, pavings, etc., form part of the works.
