West Midlands Regional Supported Accommodation Flexible Framework Agreement 2021 (16 to 21 year olds)

The Council has a statutory duty to work with housing providers to ensure that care leavers are provided with suitable accommodation when they leave the care system, this Flexible Framework Agreement is aimed to support this requirement. It will also meet our legal obligation to help prevent homelessness.
