Request for Information -Information and Casework Management System

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) with Request For Information (RFI) relates to the Mental Welfare Commission(MWC) core IT system. MWC are seeking to replace their core IT system that is used for service user records, correspondence logs, workflow and reporting. The Commission are looking for a cloud-based, highly configurable solution. The current system is extremely complex and contains forms, checks, alerts and workflows and is not a simple case management system.
