Forensics - Analysis of Hydrocarbon Oil Samples

The contracting authority have awarded a contract which will provide forensic analysis of hydrocarbon oil samples, primarily diesel, for identifying government rebated fuel markers and illegal laundering agents, with results provided electronically to the contracting authority.
