The Council has established a Dynamic Framework Agreement (DFA) - (under the Light Touch Regime – Schedule 3 Public Contract Regulations 2015) for the provision of Living Well At Home Services (LWAH) which will include, Reablement and Homecare, Homecare only and Extra Care Housing.
