The WMCA proposes that the following public bodies in the UK can access this framework agreement and any contract that results from this will be directly between the qualified supplier concerned and the public body concerned: — any local authority or public body in the UK, — Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership, — Coventry and Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership Black Country Consortium, — West Midlands Growth Company.
