Housing Management, Repairs and Maintenance

The Trust are looking for a fully outsourced housing management and maintenance service provided by a Contractor who can carry out all housing management functions required as part of the Landlord's obligations under Tenancy Agreements with residents. The Trust supports the broad principles set out in the recently published White Paper ‘The Charter for Social Housing Residents’ and recognises that the ongoing development of new legislation may influence proposals for this Contract.
