SSD 23 12 Domestic Heating and Home improvements for vulnerable householders

Derbyshire County Council will be inviting tenders from organisations for the provision of domestic heating and home improvements. The contract length will be for 1 year, with the option to extend for a further period of twelve months. The contract budget will be approximately £300,000 per annum. At least 40,000 households across the county live in fuel poverty and a few thousand of these are vulnerable owner occupiers who are in extreme poverty.
