Cambridgeshire County Council - Soft Market Investigation for a Framework for Library Design, Furnishing & Wayfinding

We are looking for a way to procure the services we need as part of designing and fitting out a modern library. We want to allow for more engagement around our needs and outcomes of the design element, type of furniture and signage.
