Repair of Steps from Killacourt to Towan Promenade

The works relate to the repair of an existing set of external steps providing access from the Killacourt down to Towan Promenade, Newquay. There are no previous specifications in regards to the steps or how they are constructed. They show visible cracking, chipping, and general deterioration.
