Alleviating Congestion by Travel Demand Management Measures

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of a Research and Development project, to be delivered via the SPaTS Framework. The project will develop a range of capabilities which will benefit operations both within Highways England and within key stakeholders, including Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM), Transport for the West Midlands (TfWM) and Solent Transport. The scope of these operational capabilities is set out in Section 3 below.
