GB-Bath: University of Bath John Wood Court A&B and C&D Refurbishment

The works comprise the refurbishment of the external fabric of John Wood Court A/B and C/D together with light touch internal refurbishment including mechanical & electrical works. Both properties date from the 1990s with A/B providing student social and study space to the ground floor with four storeys of accommodation to the upper floors.
