Participation in Transport Focus' annual Your Bus Journey Survey that provides detailed analysis on passenger satisfaction in Cornwall and national benchmarking data. This analysis is used in monitoring and evaluation of the Bus Service Improvement Plan and Bus Fares Pilot - Government-funded schemes that we are required to report on.
