Camden CCG Integrated Community Integrated CKD and Hypertension's

Camden Clinical Commissioning Group provision of Community Chronic Kidney disease (CKD) and hypertension services are currently provided by Royal Free London Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (RFL) in two separate contracts.
