Telephony Service Voice Artist

HMRC's Telephony Service uses call routing announcements and messages to direct customers to the appropriate advisor or service to handle their call. We use a Voice Artist to record professional outgoing messages and announcements for the Speech Application within the HMRC Telephony Services.
