International Benchmarking of UK Infrastructure Costs

The National Infrastructure Commission (the "Commission") wishes to appoint a specialist supplier to benchmark the cost of building infrastructure assets in the UK, against international comparators. The benchmarking will determine - where evidence permits, and on a like-for-like basis - whether infrastructure assets cost more to build in the UK than in other similarly developed countries.
