The Borough Council of Calderdale invites you to submit a Quote for Halifax Town Hall, Halifax - Heating Manifold Replacements. The purpose of this works is to replace 2 existing heating system manifold headers with new, to include new isolation valves and the option of actuator valves to improve the overall control strategy.
