SELAG05: Meeting larger employers' recruitment needs through training for inactive / unemployed people across SELAG There are a number of larger employers across the SELAG area, e.g. Ginsters, St Austell Brewery etc. and, considering the UK average staff turnover is approximately 15%, this presents an opportunity for residents in Core areas to develop skills with a view to gaining employment.
