South Tyneside Council is looking to procure a free outdoor public Wi-Fi solution in the centre of South Shields to boost the shopping and visitor experience the town. The Council intends to appoint a sole supplier for the duration of the framework. The expected start date for the proposed Framework is 1st September 2021.
