Consultancy support to establish the new DCC price control framework

This Call-Off Contract is intended to support the Authority in the design and implementation of the DCC2 ex-ante price control framework. This includes, without limitation, the development of incentive structures, performance metrics, and governance arrangements during the transitional period.
