MEP Consultancy Services for Portal House Refurbishment 2021 - AWARD

Coventry University occupy the whole (seven floors) of Portal House, New Union St, Coventry CV1 2PL, on a leasehold basis. Each floor generally houses a different department, all of whom have expressed a need for rationalising their space, together with a wish to increase occupancy levels.
