GB-Colchester: Utility Bollards - King Edward Quay (0193)

Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission installation of new utility bollards serving house boats moored on the King Edward Quay, Colchester. The works are generally replacement of the existing bollards and associated groundworks, including upgrading the water and electric supplies.
