Tenders are invited for remedial works required to make Fearon Hall wind and watertight. A 12.2m and a 15.4m articulating narrow boom lift for access will be available to access the roof for inspection on the 2nd May 2017 from 09:00 16:00 The hall has been neglected for a number of years and has numerous leaks, it is envisaged that when the remedial works are carried out that the building will be wind and watertight.
