The execution of the works undertaken by the Contractor under this Contract shall enable the Council to discharge their responsibility under The Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974; PUWER; LOLER and any other statutory regulations in relation to the servicing and inspection of Lifts, excluding the provision of Thorough Working Examinations.
