Tender for the provision of Town Centre and Retail Assessment

This tender relates to the provision of a Town Centre and Retail Assessment for Herefordshire Council. The current Town Centre Study (2012) is over 9 years old and is now out of date due to the significant structural changes in retail behaviour and changes in national planning policy.
