Telephony - Discounted Calls and Lines

Direct award to existing contractor of telephony services, including discounted calls and lines. The BT Accumulate Contract and the PV10 Contract were previously purchased through a CCS Framework. We were not made aware of this change until the extensions for the original contracts were due, which meant that there was not enough time to re-procure.
