Delivery Partner for Somerleyton Road. Phase 2

The London Borough of Lambeth is seeking a Development Partner to bring forward delivery of Somerleyton Road Phase 2 scheme through a Development Agreement. The development is a major residential-led, mixed use regeneration scheme in the Centre of Brixton. Planning Permission was obtained in 2017 (ref: 15/07308/FUL).
