Planned Refurbishment Programmes of Works to Social Housing Properties within Blackpool (BCH)

Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) is Blackpool Council's agent for the management of the planned maintenance programmes on the social housing stock. This includes building works necessary to keep the stock in good condition and structurally sound.
