Provision of Public-Focused Digital Service to Support the End of Rough Sleeping

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC)'s Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Directorate is seeking to procure a supplier for the delivery of a public-focussed digital service on which members of the public can make an alert to local authorities (LAs) and their outreach teams when they see someone sleeping rough, and through which outreach staff can access accurate information from those alerts to find the individual sleeping rough as quickly as possible.
