HADDMS Extension - Supporting cloud services: HADDMS Legacy System support

HADDMS is a legacy drainage data management system in use by National Highways. The Drainage Data Management System (HADDMS) contract was executed in 2021 to support the legacy system while a combined Drainage and Geotechnical Asset Management system was procured and implemented (Geotech & Drainage Management System - GDMS).
