Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Workforce Development: Higher learning Training

Workforce development is a fundamental part of the Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Programme. There is a recognised need to improve competence, confidence and attitudes of staff working with complex offenders who are likely to have a personality disorder.
