Gleeson Strategic Land hold an agreement with the freeholders Keevil Trust for land at the Northern Arc Strategic area, Burgess Hill. HCA wishes to purchase the Keevil freehold land (north and south land parcels), Burgess Hill, Mid Sussex. HCA are led to believe Keevil’s ownership extends to an area of approximately 40 ha.
