Ill Health Retirement Provision, Ports of Jersey, Channel Islands

A requirement has arisen to provide Ports of Jersey employees with an ill health retirement provision alongside an existing employer pension scheme. This will provide employees who are deemed permanently incapable of undertaking their role to be provided with an enhancement based on their length of service.
