The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) is looking to procure to procure a technical advisor (TA) to carry out further development and refinement of existing 0D, 1D and 2D hydrodynamic models of the Mersey Estuary and Liverpool Bay for the purpose of assessing potential tidal range energy schemes (barrages and lagoons).
