Rescue Motor Launch (RML) 497 is a 1941 craft that served with the Coastal Forces during WW2. She is due to be lifted out of the water and then barged up to Hartlepool where she will lie in the car park of the Museum for 3 years whilst a permanent indoor building is built for her.
