SO-7495 Provision of BT Phone Book Listings
DWP wishes to continue to control the numbers that claimants, pensioners and the general public use when contacting the Department. To do this at a national level, aligned with their contact strategy, we need the supplier to provide contact information for the Department for Work and Pensions and Jobcentre Plus, and insert a pre-agreed notice in each of 168 Phonebook areas containing the appropriate national numbers to call.
