Provision of Domiciliary Care Frameworks for the Harrogate and Selby Borough/District areas of North Yorkshire

The Council wishes to set up a Framework Agreement in the Harrogate Borough and Selby District areas of North Yorkshire, the aim of which is to build capacity in the domiciliary care market, ensure good quality recruitment, consistency of staffing and punctuality of provision, which in turn will improve quality of, and satisfaction with, the Service from the Person's and Parent Carers point of view.
