Impact Evaluation of Consumer Regulation Reforms

The Regulator of Social Housing has awarded a contract for an independent evaluation of the consumer regulation reforms introduced from April 2024. The evaluation will assess the impact of the reforms on registered providers, tenants and the quality of social housing services and homes.
