Approved Provider List for Primary Care Services in Community Pharmacies in North Yorkshire

The Council wishes to implement an Approved Provider List (APL) for the Provision of Public Health Commissioned Primary Care Services in Community Pharmacies in North Yorkshire. The APL is open for any Community Pharmacy within North Yorkshire to apply.
