Feasibility study to inform development options on Council owned land

The Council wishes to appoint consultants to undertake a sites development feasibility study for three coordinated sites covering an total area of approximately 0.3Ha. The main aim of the review is to appraise the range of building options across the sites such that the council can evaluate the short vs long term gains that can be gained from the assets.
