Electronic Personal Education Plans

Herefordshire Council require an IT system to create and maintain Personal Education Plans (PEPs) for looked after children. The Personal Education Plan (PEP) is part of a looked after child's care plan and is jointly written and owned by the young person, the school and the local authority.
