South east Essex Mental Health Wellbeing and Crisis Cafe Service

NHS Southend Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Castle Point and Rochford Clinical Commissioning Group and Southend-on-Sea Borough Council ('the Contracting Authorities') have awarded a contract for a South-east Essex Mental Health Wellbeing and Crisis Café Service commencing 1st November 2019 for a period of 53 months plus the option to extend for a further 24 months.
