Active Choices Accredited List

The Council is creating an Accredited List for day opportunity support. Primarily, it will be used by people in receipt of Council funded Individual Service Funds (ISF) and Direct Payments (DP), however, it could also be used by people who fund their own care and support and commissioned services.
