Housing Refurbishment Works Framework Agreement
The Council is looking to establish a framework agreement consisting of two lots to deliver housing refurbishment works. Contractors appointed to each of the lots will be expected to be capable of carrying out a range of works including refurbishment projects, Decent Homes work and similar projects in occupied premises.
