Housing Related Support for Vulnerable Single People, Couples, and Families

North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) is undertaking a procurement for a Housing Related Support (HRS) Framework for vulnerable single people, couples and families. The Framework is split in to two lots: Lot 1 - High Needs Lot 2 - Moderate Needs Tenderers can choose to submit a bid for one or both lots.
