CWF Lot 1B Kendal Library Roof Phase 2

The works are to include a full reroofing of the slate covering and the related timbers below. To also include renewing leadworks, making good joints to external rainwater goods and protecting troughs, minor repairs to the lantern glazing, and upgrading the thermal performance of the roof.
