Prior Information notice - System for multi-SC qubit measurements

The National Physical Laboratory [NPL] requirement is for a new system for metrology of circuits comprising multiple coupled superconducting qubits. The new system should include all the necessary baseband electronics (arbitrary waveform generators, digitizers etc.) and optionally also relevant microwave components (local oscillators etc.) for controlling and reading out at least 5 superconducting qubits.
