Catering concession - Victoria Park

Portsmouth City Council is inviting bids for a mobile ice-cream offer and/ or hot and cold food and drink offer at Victoria Park, Anglesea Road, Portsmouth from suitable qualified operators. The pitch is offered with a 2 year licence with the option to extend for 1 further year, and associated concession contract. The licence will not include an automatic right to renew.
