Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council is looking to introduce 24/7, onsite personal care and related support (wellbeing and housing-related support) element within two of the four extra care schemes in the Borough [of Barnsley] as part of improving the accommodation and support offer to older people in need of care and support.
